The backstage is not only literally at the gates of the city, but actually right in front of one of the two remaining historic city gates, the Kniepertor.
As part of the Stralsund Theater, on Olof-Palme Platz, it also serves as its canteen. Located between the city center, Strelasund and Wallanlagen, it is the perfect place for a short break.
